We recently completed an order for 16 of our 600mm rotary valves for a customer in France.
The valves were required to meet ATEX Zone 22 external ratings and with the internals certified up to Zone 20.
In addition, they are also certified as autonomous safety devices rated to ST1 for up to 3 bar explosions.
Fitted with abrasion resistant steel inlet baffles to mitigate potential product jamming issues the valves are driven directly via 4KW gearmotors and installed with speed monitoring units.
As part of the same order, we also manufactured slide gate valves which will be mounted directly to the valve inlets when on site.
