As part of the company’s ongoing investment programme, Rotolok recently completed the installation of a new 10,000 litre cryogenic vessel at its Tiverton headquarters.
The new system complete with a timed changeover vaporiser will provide up to 200m³/hr flow rates of gaseous nitrogen and will support the 24/7 operation of its recently upgraded fibre laser cutting machine.
Working with BOC the project involved months of planning before site preparation and construction of the supporting slab could be completed. The vessel was then installed and connected within a day with no interruption to production.
“Customer Focus and Efficiency are two of our driving values at Rotolok” stated Sean Swales, Rotolok Limited Managing Director. “This new investment will allow us to maximise production flow and efficiency whilst ensuring we deliver our products on time and to the very highest quality. It represents an ongoing commitment to invest in improvement for our employees and our customers”.
