Rotolok are proud to introduce our 2021 apprentice intake.
As a progressive business, we understand that to meet our long-term strategy we need to continually invest in our workforce and part of this is to nurture and sustain new talent.
Rotolok has a long tradition of employing apprentices. Indeed, our current production manager was himself an apprentice and so we can demonstrate first-hand that an apprentice can not only develop their career but play a vital role in the growth of our company.
Benjamin, Cameron, and Nathan will have the opportunity to work with range of differing teams within the business from the shopfloor to the design office and beyond.
Alongside this we are particularly excited that the apprenticeship scheme has been extended to existing employees who are keen to develop their skills.
