Richard Gibbins has been part of the Rotolok family for over 25 years and has seen many changes over the years – From working at the original facility in Bampton, to the move to our current headquarters in Tiverton. Richard’s knowledge and experience has been instrumental in the development of the machining facilities at Rotolok with multi-million pound investment, ensuring production efficiency alongside product quality. With a sharp eye for detail and quality Richard is always willing to help others within both his own team and colleagues in other areas of the business.

Richard is particularly proud to work with our apprentices. “One of my pride and joys working at our headquarters in Tiverton is training the next generation of Rotolok employees”.

Tony Weiss, Assembly Shop Supervisor (Pictured Middle Left)

Tony has been at Rotolok for 27 years! 17 of those as an assembler and the last 10 years running our busy assembly department.

In Tony’s words, leading from the top is essential to the success of his role, “I believe it is important to not ask anyone to do a job you are not prepared to do yourself, so I have made a point to learn all the skills involved in the job, including spraying and boxing.”

“Everyone knows I am always there to help them and I enjoy the challenge of trying to bring in new ideas to improve the way we work!”

Daniel Tapp, Production Manager (Pictured Middle Right)

“I have been part of the Rotolok family for 8 years now, 3 years has been as the production Manager. Seeing our products despatched to customers all around the globe fills me with great satisfaction and pride.

Being a key part of a company that continues to grow, with the investment in new facilities/machinery and the excellent apprenticeship programme we have, proves to me that we will be continuing to serve our customers with quality products tailored to their specific requirements for many more years to come.”

Chris Hunt, Fabrication Supervisor (Pictured Right)

At Rotolok for nearly 2 years, Chris has made “sparks fly” since his arrival! Ensuring every weld is of the highest quality. As leader of his department and in Chris’s words, “The best way to build your team is to focus on their needs and help them achieve their goals. Having a supportive and family feel approach Rotolok has created a workplace where everyone can thrive.”
