When Rotolok was founded by our late chairman Dan McCauley in 1973, he recognised the importance of establishing a strong company culture through the shared values and commitments of all who worked in the business.
A lot has changed since the company was founded. We now employ nearly 300 people in 7 countries and export to every part of the world.
With the sad passing of Dan, we recognise that it is more important than ever to ensure our core values are embedded in all that we do as a business. These core values are fundamental to our long-term success and the development of a progressive working environment.
Each of these values guide us in all aspects of the business and our interaction with our customers, our supply-chain partners and each other.
