Building on the success of our Linear Rail Easy Release Rotary Valve, the Easy Clean Rotary Valve utilises a compact rail system integrated directly into the cast body and end covers. This innovative design allows for seamless removal of the rotor and enhanced internal access, delivering significant time savings during maintenance.

Key Features at a Glance:

• Compact Rail System: Two round bars connect the end covers and body, enabling the rotor to be extracted easily from the non-drive end. Stops are included to prevent accidental removal.
• 316 Stainless Steel Construction: All product contact surfaces are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and polished to a 150-grit finish, ensuring smooth product flow with no lodgement points.
• Universal Flange Design: The valve features a square inlet and round outlet with flanges compatible with both round and square drill patterns, accommodating most recognised standards.
• Direct Drive Gearmotor: A helical gearmotor provides reliable and efficient rotor operation.
• Enhanced Accessibility: Both end covers can be removed for maintenance, offering internal access from either side of the valve.
