We are pleased to announce the completion of a £1 million investment at our Tiverton site in Devon, enhancing both our factory and office facilities.
Facility Improvements
The building’s infrastructure has been significantly upgraded with a new roof, re-cladding of the exterior, and new windows. These enhancements improve insulation and energy efficiency, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
Advanced Machining Equipment
In 2023, we introduced a new robotic welding cell, and we’ve now added a Puma 600M CNC Lathe and a Haas ST-40 Lathe Turning Centre to our machine shop. These machines increase our capacity to machine end covers and rotor parts and eliminate the need for manual lathes, making the working environment safer and more secure.
Technological and Office Enhancements
Our ongoing IT upgrades have improved hardware, software, and systems, embracing the latest technological opportunities. The office space has been refreshed with new paint, carpets, and furniture, enhancing the working environment for our employees.
A Commitment to Efficiency and Wellbeing
Sean Swales, our Managing Director, shared his thoughts: “Efficiency is one of our core values. We are dedicated to investing in advanced manufacturing and reducing our carbon footprint. It’s crucial for us to ‘walk the walk,’ and these investments are proof of our commitment to precision engineering and the wellbeing of our staff.”
