The range of valves produced by Rotolok, whether it is rotary valves, diverter valves, slide valves or any other of our products are known for their high build quality and longevity in the field.

Through careful on-site maintenance, our valves will give many years of trouble-free operation, however there will be consumable and wearing parts that will, depending on the nature of the application, require replacement to ensure optimum valve performance.

Rotolok maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts and consumables from gland packing to complete machined castings, bearings to gearmotors, including a stock of certain ATEX gearmotors.

Our dedicated sales team are always on hand to identify the appropriate parts for your valve and can advise you with a cost & lead-time for any non-stock components.

Valve Refurbishment Service

At Rotolok, we always look to deliver whole value to our customers.

Eventually a valve will require more than just maintenance to keep it working at its best. A valve may not however, have reached the end of its service life and may be returned to full working order with a cost effective refurbishment rather than simply discarding the old valve and purchasing a new one.

Alongside our spare parts service, Rotolok are pleased to offer a refurbishment service for our full range of valves. Our team of inspectors are on hand to carefully dismantle and inspect your valve and produce a report on its condition. This report will include photographs of the dismantled valve parts and any areas of concern the inspection has identified will be clearly highlighted. We will then produce a quotation detailing the work required to put the valve back into service, or in the case of a valve that has sadly reached the end of its useful life, a cost for a brand new replacement.

All refurbishment work carried out will carry a 12 month warranty from date of despatch.
